# IP Rights

Ponchiqs NFT holders are given commercial rights to the specific NFTs that they own, but Ponchiqs retain a non-exclusive, perpetual, fully paid-up worldwide license to each such NFT. It means that you have the right to make and sell products like T-shirts, mugs and posters using the NFT artwork that you have. <mark style="color:green;">**Full legal rights will be provided as NFTs drops.**</mark>\

Owners are permitted to utilize likenesses and derivatives thereof, however, they must refrain from using the Ponchiqs logo, names, website images, or any other marketing material without the explicit written consent of Ponchiqs. Ponchiqs reserves the right to employ any Ponchiqs NFT, including but not limited to in-game or marketing promotions, and other ventures.\
